WHO WE DON’T WORK WITH

We’re a boutique lab producing high quality work and delivering it quickly. We do this by curating our clients, because we aren’t for everyone. This allows us to produce highly customized work with the most discerning clients.

Who we don’t work with…

  • Practices that are chronically (intentionally) understaffed. Why? Because this leads to massive miscommunication, constant frustration on both ends, and the customer gets lost in the mix.

  • Practices that view labs as a commodity instead of a partnership and have low or no communication, high remake percentage, and constantly blame the lab for any problem. Why? Because it detracts from our clients who are providing the highest level of service to their customers and ties our hands in helping our clients stand out to their customers.

It’s estimated that 85% of lenses in the U.S. are manufactured overseas.

Giant corporate labs are often not manufacturing in the U.S. In fact, many are under mandates from corporate offices to route the majority of their work to overseas factories. This is a secret, because all of your jobs are being branded and talked about as if they’re being made in the U.S. Sometimes labs get shut down and completely outsourced and you still think you’re ordering from them when they haven’t existed for months!

We manufacture in the U.S. If you’re running an independent practice, you need to order lenses from an independent lab.
